Andrew to lose Prince title and leave Royal Lodge, Buckingham Palace says; Trump heads back to the US after Xi meeting; Hamas urges Australian government to remove its terror listing
Because of his ties to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Britain’s King Charles is moving to strip his younger brother Andrew of his titles and honors and force him out of his home, Buckingham Palace said Thursday.
The statement said Andrew had been given a formal notice to relinquish the lease on his Royal Lodge mansion and that he would be moving to alternative private accommodation.

The full statement from Buckingham Palace is as follows:
“His Royal Highness has today begun a formal process to remove Prince Andrew’s Order, Titles and Honors.
“To date, his lease at the Royal Lodge has provided him with legal protection to continue his residence. Formal notice has been given to cancel the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary despite his continuing denial of the allegations against him.
“Her Majesty wishes to make it clear that her thoughts and utmost sympathies are with the victims and survivors of all forms of abuse and remain with them.”
