AR Constable Killed in Car Crash with Stationary Lorry in Siddipet
Hyderabad: An armed reserve (AR) police constable was killed when the car he was riding in crashed into a stationary truck on Paathuru Ring Road in Siddipet, Pragnapur, on Tuesday night.
The accident took place while police constable A Kiran was driving to Hyderabad in his car. A few minutes after reaching Pragnapur on Rajiv Rahadari in Siddipet, a mechanic crashed into the truck parked at his shed.
Due to the speed at which the police officer hit the truck, the body of the car was completely damaged. Death occurred instantly for the police officer who was trapped between the steering wheel and the front seat.
The police removed the body from the vehicle and took it to the district state hospital for autopsy. The police officer was working in the Intelligence Security Wing (ISW).
