Arab nations condemn Iran retaliatory strikes on their territories

Arab countries are taking action against Iran after the regime launched attacks against US interests in neighboring countries in the region in retaliation for joint US-Israeli attacks on Iranian leaders.
Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin reported that Iran’s response targeted all US bases in the Gulf except US bases in Oman; Oman’s foreign minister tried to mediate nuclear talks in Geneva, even flying to Washington DC to meet with Vice President J.D. Vance at the White House on Friday to try to prevent what was quickly escalating into a regional war.
Griffin reported that approximately 40 missiles fell on Israel. Meanwhile, the US military in Iraq intercepted at least one missile targeting US facilities. Iran was also seen striking the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet, but no casualties were reported.
According to Griffin’s report, Iran also fired missiles at Saudi Arabia and Jordan, where the United States has advanced warplane fleets.

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates were among the Gulf states that condemned Iran’s attacks, while many said they reserved the right to defend themselves and respond appropriately to attacks on their sovereign territory.
Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it reserved the “full right” to defend itself after what it described as Iranian aggression targeting Qatari territory. The Ministry of Defense said it “successfully prevented a series of attacks targeting the country’s territory” after multiple alerts were raised. Authorities reported no immediate injuries or damage in residential areas.
