25-Year-Old Man Shot By Father-In-Law In Case of ‘Honour Killing’

DMCH’nin second -class nursing student Rahul Kumar (25), his father -in -law Premshankar JHA on Tuesday evening, was shot and killed by his father -in -law Jha.

Soon, Rahul’s classmates seized JHA and threw him so badly that when the police reached the point, he had to be admitted to the hospital. He was later sent to a hospital in Patna because his condition was critical.

Rahul, who lives in Supaul, married JHA’s daughter, who was studying in DMCH in April. Police said that JHA was against marriage between caste and might be the cause of the murder.

His body was sent for the after -death exam and they said he had been an investigation.

After the incident, nursing students broke the medical services by blocking the main gate of the emergency room of the hospital to protest.

Police said they used “light power” to control the situation.

According to an official, a large number of security personnel were deployed in the hospital.
