Ashley Cain was dealt a fresh blow when she was sacked by her management company just days after she was sacked by the BBC over historic abusive social media posts about women.
Last week, the 35-year-old former footballer was sacked by the company after admitting they had ‘clearly failed’ to vet the star.
Sources have now confirmed that Cain, who described women as ‘f**kers’, ‘f**kers’ and ‘psychopaths’, has been ‘blacklisted’ in the industry and is unlikely to appear on television again.
Management company Off Limits Group has dropped him as a client, the Daily Mail has revealed.
He hosted the series Into The Danger Zone on BBC Three, in which he traveled around the world to the most dangerous places and interviewed young men living on the fringes of society.
An insider told the Daily Mail: ‘Ashley has been dropped by Off Limits, which also represents stars including Jimmy Bullard, Jesy Nelson and Harry Redknapp.

‘They have a talent list consisting of well-known names, they do not want to be associated with him after disgusting posts come to light. Ashley is now virtually blacklisted in the industry and it is doubtful she will ever appear on television again.
‘Just like the BBC, they were unaware of his previous social media activities. ‘They deleted all traces of him from their website.’
‘Public figures are more than just celebrities; their behavior shapes cultural norms and affects millions of people. ‘At a time when violence against women and girls (VAWG) is already at epidemic levels, attention must be drawn to misogynistic attitudes,’ domestic violence charity Refuge told the Daily Mail.
‘Online misogyny isn’t just harmful to women and girls. The rise of these disturbing online narratives directly shapes young people’s understanding of healthy relationships by falsely portraying objectification and control as normal rather than abusive behavior.
‘The messages we send to future generations are important. Platforms, media outlets and event organizers have a responsibility to not highlight people who demonstrate harmful attitudes towards women and girls. ‘By celebrating respectful, accountable role models, we help shift the culture away from misogyny and abuse towards equality and safety for all.’
Cain, who has yet to address the controversy, was previously celebrated by BBC bosses for his ‘phenomenal’ ability to connect with young men.
The second series of Into The Danger Zone, which was shot earlier this year, will not be broadcast. Although the first series is still available on iPlayer, planned repeats have been removed from this week’s schedule.
A spokesman for the BBC previously said: ‘Ashley Cain’s posts from years ago are completely unacceptable.

‘The BBC has clear requirements regarding due diligence and social media checks carried out by the production company.
‘In this case the process has clearly failed and we are investigating why.
‘We continue to strengthen our processes to ensure that everyone who works for and on behalf of the BBC meets our values and standards.
‘We have no plans to launch a new series of Into the Danger Zone and have no upcoming projects with Ashley Cain.’
This comes after The Guardian published a series of tweets containing abusive messages in which Cain referred to women in abusive terms, joked about beating women and degrading sexual practices, and contained offensive sexualized language.
The investigation found that in 2014, in response to a since-deleted tweet that he claimed was homophobic, a female user tweeted that he should “go smother you with your f*cking crime.”
In 2015, he wrote to another female user: ‘The only thing hopeless here are your pictures with your s**tt*t. Now shoot the commercial and fuck off.’
It was stated that there were a dozen other similar posts in the publication. However, on Wednesday night, account X was removed from the platform.
