A refugee raped a 12 -year -old girl on a shop where she worked illegally. Muhammad Wahid told the Kurban Kurban that he was not “safe on the streets” and before attacking a court, he gave a ferry and chips in the villa supermarket in Handsworth.

The girl was vulnerable, who left the house and traveled to Birmingham on its own. Wahid Mohammed was sentenced to 12 years in prison for a girl under 13 years of age and was found guilty of three rape by a jury. Although the girl was very young to do this, he claimed to have agreed to have sex.

Judge Roderick Henderson also brought a five -year license after deciding that he was a ‘dangerous’ criminal.

The court heard how he came to Birmingham at 20.30 on the victim’s attack day.

“There was a few pounds on it. A homeless lady approached her.

“Lady took a cup of tea. The homeless lady then walked from Villa Road to Villa Supermarket.

“As soon as the defendant saw him, he said: ‘You really look young. You really look cold/ do you want to come to the shop? I will buy something hot, food and drink.”

He continued: “He knew he was far from the house, there was a discussion about it.

“Ironically, he said he wasn’t safe on the streets.

The sacrifice initially acted like older, but he told Wahid Muhamm his real age before kissing him.

“He wasn’t legally working in the store, a refugee from Syria,” Mr. Wallace said, “He took him to a bedroom and leaned to kiss him.

“You know I’m just 12.”

The court heard that Wahid Muhammad had locked the room and repeatedly raped the girl during one hour of ordeal.

The girl was rescued by a family that was suspected of the relationship between the couple later in that night and finally realizing that she was the subject of a girl’s search for a missing person.

Wahid Muhammad was arrested two days later. He confessed to some charges, but he tried to claim that gender was an agreement despite the victim’s age.

Mr. Wallace added: “When a 12 -year -old child could not consent, he was effectively ‘he was a sexual assaulted person and had nothing he could do about it’.”

Wahid Muhammad had never committed a crime before. Nicholas giant, defending, confirmed that he was looking for asylum from Syria and claimed that it was ‘a difficult life’.

Judge Henderson, said a sentence said: “This was a constant incident, albeit one day.

“Although it was limited over time, there were some grooms.

“But you exploited him because he was clearly young and effectively away from the house.”

Authorities, the authorities at a later stage will determine the issue of deportation, he added.
