Murder investigation after woman found with stab wounds

A man was arrested and a murder investigation was launched after a woman in his 60s was found in the west of Sydney with stabbing on his chest.

The woman was found alive and her medical staff was called to a unit on Hemphill Boulevard on Mount Prechard at 17.05, but she died at the scene.

Police said in a statement, the woman has not yet been officially defined, but is believed to have aged in her 60s.

Fairfield City Police Region Commandership of a 28 -year -old man arrested at the scene. Fairfield was taken to the police station.

Police said the two were known to be known. A crime was established and investigations about the death of the woman will include the murder team of the State Crime Command.
