Australia reacted to Albanian address

opposition leader, Angus TaylorHe told 7News last night that the prime minister had not provided enough detail about how much fuel the country had in reserve and called on him to be more transparent.

“There was a constant lack of detail, but there was also a lack of plan,” Taylor said Wednesday night. “We know we have an issue with 600 servos, we also know the government is telling us there is overstock, so we need clarity on that. We need a plan to go with that.”

Some newspapers were more forthright; Sydney’s Daily Telegraph ran a story about the less-than-complimentary reactions from Australians online; the essence of this is “no burger” and waste of time.

The stable of nines was a little more polite, but an opinion piece argued that the Prime Minister: shouldn’t have bothered because his message was ultimately a little underwhelming.
