Australian judge sentences Erin Patterson to life in prison for poisoning relatives with mushrooms

Both prosecution and defense lawyers admitted that life imprisonment was a suitable penalty for one of the three 50 -year -old murders and murder attempts.
However, defense lawyers wanted Patterson to be suitable for conditional evacuation after 30 years of service. The prosecutors argued that the court should never be considered for conditional evacuation because it did not deserve the mercy of the court.
