Bakers Hill: Emergency services desperately working to rescue man trapped under hydraulic lift on Tamma Road

Emergency services are desperately trying to save a man trapped under a hydraulic lift in WA’s Wheatbelt.

First responders rushed to the scene of a serious incident involving a man in his 40s at around 3.15pm on Wednesday on Tamma Road in Bakers Hill, about 15 miles southwest of Northam.

The West Australian understands the man suffered several serious injuries and was trapped for hours.

RAC Rescue Helicopter was also dispatched to the scene.

It is not yet known whether the incident is related to a workplace or agricultural accident.
