Bandla Ganesh To Take Up Padayatra Acknowledging His Admiration For Naidu

Filmmaker Bandla Ganesh said that he will take the ‘Sankalpa Yatra’ from Shadnagar to Tirumala. He said that his yatra has no political affiliation and he plans to undertake the yatra to fulfill the oath taken by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu during his arrest.
“This is not any political yatra. I took up this yatra purely out of admiration for Chandrababu Naidu. I have a habit of waking up early, around 4.30 am every day. That day, I was shocked when I heard the news of Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest on television. With his 40 years of experience in politics, he has preserved the pride of Telugus across the world. “I kept wondering how he could be arrested. I thought he would be released on bail in Guntur, but he was sent to Rajamahendraavaram Central Jail. My anxiety increased with each passing day. “I was afraid that the then ruling party would harm him in prison.”
He said he was impatiently waiting for Naidu’s release and went to the Supreme Court whenever there was a hearing.
I then vowed to take a padayatra to the Tirumala temple if he was released. Naidu was finally released after 52 days in jail.
Such leaders are necessary for the Telugu people. He appealed to the people not to politicize his padayatra.
