CHC Australia has received the lion’s share of funding in the region. The Turner development, built in conjunction with the Snow Foundation and PCYC, is under construction. 45 of the homes will be affordable homes for essential workers, with an additional 10 homes for at-risk youth. A 45-person build-to-rent project for young families is also ongoing in Turner.
