Bar Council of T.N. condemns attempted ‘attack’ on CJI

Tamil Nadu and Puducherry’s (BCTNP) Bar Council strongly condemned a 71 -year -old lawyer’s “throwing a shoe” act in Bra Gavai, a 71 -year -old lawyer during the court proceedings. He called on the Supreme Court to file an appropriate lawsuit against the lawyer to protect the grandeur of the judiciary.
BCTNP, Indian Bar Council (BCI) Vice President S. Prabakaran, BCTNP Chariman PS Amalraj and Vice President V. Karthikey signed jointly by V. Karthikey, the undesirable event, institution and democracy was an attack on him, causing a lot of spies and deep pain.
BCTNP, who thanked BCI for immediately suspending his “discontent and rebellious” lawyer, BCTNP said that he had committed India’s solidarity against judicial and chief justice. “The judiciary is one of the columns of a democratic country, and no insults can be considered to such institution,” he said.
