Barry teens racist murder sentences to be referred to Court of Appeal

Judge Griffiths described Staniforth as “a very dangerous teenager indeed” and said he had “incited a deliberate, unprovoked, sustained and violent racist attack” on the 16-year-old, adding that he was “old enough to know that it was wrong to cause serious injury to a stranger because of his race”.
