Berlin Pride march called off after car crashes into crowd of people near route | Germany

A major incident has been declared following reports that a car crashed into a crowd in Berlin, causing numerous injuries.

The city’s Christopher Street Day Pride Parade was canceled by the organizer after an incident near the march route in the city’s Tiergarten park on Saturday night.

“We believe a vehicle entered the Tiergarten park and hit and injured several people,” police said on WhatsApp, adding that they were actively searching for those responsible.
