Bihar Assembly election LIVE: BJP, NDA allies to declare seat-sharing formula
Senior BJP leaders, including Home Minister Amit Shah and party president JP Nadda, held a meeting with party leaders and allies on the Bihar elections to be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in New Delhi. BJP state unit chief Dilip Jaiswal stated that seat-sharing arrangements with NDA partners will be announced by Sunday, October 12.
This comes a day ahead of the expected meeting of the BJP Central Election Committee, which includes Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior leaders, to finalize the names of party candidates for the Bihar assembly elections scheduled to be held in two phases on November 6 and 11.
