Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law faces arrest order after missing speeding court date: report

A judge in North Carolina reportedly issued a warrant for the arrest of Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law on Monday after she allegedly failed to show up for court on a speeding violation.
Jen Belichick, wife of North Carolina Tar Heels football defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, was pulled over by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol on May 21 for allegedly going 58 mph while going 70 mph in Brunswick County. California Post It was reported, citing court records.

He was charged with misdemeanor speeding and was due to appear in court Friday.
Belichick’s failure to appear in court led to an order ordering his arrest. A court official told the California Post he currently has three options. He can file a petition to reverse the decision, hire a lawyer to defend himself in the case, or turn himself in to the authorities.

He did not comment on the order. Fox News Digital has reached out to the Brunswick County clerk for comment.
She has been married to Steve Belichick for nearly 10 years and the two have multiple children. It appears that Bill Belichick has been at odds with his girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, for over a year.

Jen Belichick harshly criticized Hudson for his decision to interrupt an interview question when Bill Belichick sat down with CBS News in May 2025. Belichick had reportedly argued with Hudson in the Tar Heels head coach’s office over a series of issues.
