Birds, Nature and environmental consciousness at C. Raheem’s 25th book launch

Environmental awareness and human sensitivity to Nature became the main topics of discussion in the promotion of environmentalist C. Raheem’s book: Nammude Pakşikalon Thursday at the Forest Central Library in Thiruvananthapuram.

Filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan spoke about human culture and mythological themes. RamayanaOriginating from nature and wilderness. Academician Achuthsankar S. Nair received the first copy of the book.

Author Bhasurachandran discussed the literary qualities of the book and the influence of birds in Malayalam literature.

Mr. Raheem said: “Writing about birds never seems enough.” He called for environmental protection to be an individual responsibility for everyone and for closer coordination between environmental government departments.
