BJP will register a decisive victory in U.P., says party chief Nitin Nabin

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin said in Lucknow on Saturday, July 4, 2026, that the BJP will register a decisive and massive victory in the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections and asked the party leaders to reach out to all sections of society.

Mr. Nabin, who reached Lucknow on a two-day visit, added that he was impressed with the respect accorded to Lord Shri Ram’s land.

The BJP’s presidential tour is seen as an attempt to strengthen the party’s preparations for the crucial Assembly elections. Addressing State officials and district heads in Lucknow, he said, “In 2027, a double-engine government will be formed in Uttar Pradesh for the third consecutive time, again with a huge majority. The double-engine government has brought a lot of development in the state. The duo of Narendra Modi Ji and Yogi Ji have made Uttar Pradesh a great State.”

“We should not be fooled by the opposition. We must work for the development of Uttar Pradesh. If you want to make room in the hearts and minds of the people, you must reach them. You must travel to every village, every house, every person. You must effectively convey the plans of the double-engine government and the programs of the party to every voter,” he said.

The BJP president also chaired a meeting attended by party MPs and MLAs. “The growing public support in Lucknow today clearly shows that the people have unwavering faith in the NDA government’s commitment to ‘developed India’, good governance and public welfare policies under the guidance of honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji and the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Yogi Adityanath ji.
