The Bureau of Labor Statistics said Wednesday it will not release its full U.S. employment report for October following the longest federal government shutdown in the country’s history.

Instead, the agency said October payroll data will be released along with a full report for November. October unemployment rate will not be included in these figures because the data “could not be collected”. BLS saidciting the closure.

The institution also postponed November employment data from December 5 to December 16. The new date comes six days after the Federal Reserve wraps up its last policy meeting of the year, leaving the central bank with less information about the state of the economy. The delayed September nonfarm payrolls report is scheduled to be released on Thursday.

Without full October data and after recent hawkish comments from some Fed officials, investors may be pricing the possibility of another rate cut lower.

CME Group’s FedWatch The midday brokerage on Wednesday showed a 63.8% chance the Fed will keep its benchmark overnight interest rate steady in the 3.75%-4% range. This is an increase of around 50% from earlier in the day.
