A Florida police officer’s body camera footage shows the winner of a Kentucky Powerball winner who collected only hours ago and was arrested for allegedly kicking a officer during a fight.
James Farthing and his girlfriend Jacqueline Fightmaster, according to a declaration of arrest and court records taken by the USA Today and the court records in April. He was arrested at Tradewinds Resort in Pete Beach.
