Bombshell interview with Tyler Robinson’s trans lover to finally be played in court as Erika Kirk begs for entire video to be seen by world: Live updates
An attorney for the Kirk family has filed a motion requesting that all evidence presented at Tyler Robinson’s pre-trial hearing be stolen and made public.
‘The Victim’s Family has been waiting for this preliminary hearing for ten months. Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, and her grieving parents came to this courtroom for a reason: to be present at these hearings and to testify to evidence surrounding the deaths of their husband and son, a court document filed by an attorney representing Kirk’s widow and parents said.
‘At certain points throughout the preliminary hearing, the Kirk family sat in the room and the evidence was admitted but not presented to them. ‘They were physically present but denied what their presence was supposed to guarantee: their ability to meaningfully observe the preliminary hearing.’
The filing continued: ‘The position of the Victim’s Family is simple. At a minimum, any evidence introduced into evidence during the preliminary hearing must be viewable by anyone lawfully present at the hearing.

‘Taking evidence with protection from those sitting in the courtroom – as it is today – is not transparency. And in the absence of transparency, speculation and conspiracy theories regarding Mr. Kirk’s tragic assassination will continue to proliferate in Türkiye.
The public sphere breeds suspicion and distrust in the judicial system. This isn’t something anyone should want.’
It comes after a judge ruled on Wednesday that a redacted video of Tyler Robinson’s transgender girlfriend can be played in court.
The prosecution agreed to make arrangements and said it planned to play the video in court on Thursday.
Kirk’s widow, Erika, and his parents, Robert and Kathryn, were in court every day for the evidentiary hearing.
