The FIFA Fan Festival in Boston has been closed today due to fears of adverse weather conditions, organizers said. The Boston World Cup 2026 organizing committee released a statement confirming the closure earlier today as severe storms were expected across Massachusetts, according to the National Weather Service.

The free public event has been operating since June 12 and is scheduled to run until June 27.
