Boy wounded at house party on road where Universal founder died
A teenage boy suffered a “serious injury” to his back at a house party in Clayfield overnight.
The party was held on Oriel Road in Brisbane’s inner north; This is the road where Universal founder Greg Josephson was allegedly killed during a house party this year.
The 16-year-old boy, who was allegedly injured around 21.30 on Friday, suffered a pain that the police spokesman described as tearing.

He was injured by an unidentified person who fled the scene before police arrived.

No other injuries were reported.
The child, from Eatons Hill, was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition at around 10.30pm.
A large group of young people who were present at the time of the alleged incident were dispersed by police after a second disturbance broke out near Brooke Street.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward and assist with the investigation.
