Katarina Johnson-Thompson in hunt for third heptathlon world title but Nafi Thiam withdraws

Defense champion Qatarina Johnson -Thompson stayed only in Tokyo in the Heptatlon medal debate – but the rival Nafi Thiam was shot on Saturday.
