State and federal immigration officers arrested an illegal alien and MS-13 gang member caught on camera.
Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla, an illegal felon from Honduras and MS-13 gang member, was arrested April 14 in an operation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, and the Florida Highway Patrol.
In the video shared exclusively with Fox News by ICE, officers are seen capturing and arresting the Honduran citizen.
As an interpreter repeated the commands in Spanish, a deputy heard “Driver, reach out the window!” He can be heard shouting.
Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla is currently in the Palm Beach County Jail awaiting transfer to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody for deportation proceedings. (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE))

After Peralta is handcuffed, officers are seen circling the truck he was driving. Authorities said they found “some minor narcotics.”
Florida police also seized Peralta’s vehicle for violations related to driving without a valid license, ICE said.

Peralta-Sevilla first entered the United States illegally in July 2013. U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered him in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas; where Peralta-Sevilla admitted that he was a citizen and citizen of Honduras and acknowledged that he was in the country illegally. A Department of Justice immigration judge granted him bail, and he remained in the United States pending deportation proceedings.

He is currently in the Palm Beach County Jail awaiting transfer to ICE custody for deportation proceedings.
“What happened today is an excellent demonstration of our partnership with our local law enforcement, Florida Highway Patrol, and other federal partners,” an ICE deputy said in the video.

“Here we have a lead on a Honduran national. He is affiliated with the MS-13 international gang and is also a known suspected terrorist,” he said. “He will report to the Palm Beach County Jail tonight and we will transfer him to ICE custody shortly and also follow up on our criminal investigation of this individual.”
