Bring back gold-plated sheets of Sabarimala idols, HC tells TDB

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Kerala asked the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) to bring back the gold -plated layers on the dwarf plaques at the entrance of Sabarimala Ayyappa, which was taken to a Chennai -based facility for restoration.

The Court’s Devaswom counter criticized the establishment and observed that it was not appropriate to remove the plates without pre -approval. TDB said that the gold -plated copper layers were transferred to the Chennai -based restoration facility with the temple temple and the approval of the board. This was after the private commissioner reported that the pages on the dwarf idols at the entrance of the Templar Supreme Court had left without the approval of the court.

He pointed out that such studies were usually carried out in the temple facilities and only after obtaining a clear approval from the court. The report stated that the need for strict instructions to the Board to prevent great maintenance in Sannidhanam or Malikappuram without permission before.

The Board said that the gold -plated layers were transferred in a safe vehicle under the supervision of the Thiruvabharanam commissioner, Sabarimala administrative officer, executive board chairman, temple smith and waking officials.

TDB President PS Prashanth claimed that the board of directors had fueled by the interests earned to discredit the global Ayyappa Sangamam.
