British woman pleads guilty to killing man while drunk on e-scooter

A British backpacker was found guilty of killing a man in Australia as he rides an E-SCOOTER with an alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit.

25 -year -old Alicia Kemp was drinking with a friend in May when he was thrown out of a bar in May, because the two were drunk, the court heard before.

The couple rented an E-SCOOTER in the evening, and Kemp continued at speeds of 20 to 25km/s (12 to 15Mph) when he hit 51-year-old Thanh Phan on a sidewalk in Perth city center.

His two father hit his head on the sidewalk, and two days later he died of a brain hemorrhage in the hospital.

Kemp’s passenger was injured in the accident – a broken skull and a broken nose – but the injuries did not threaten life.

On Monday, Perth’s Magistrate Criminal Court found guilty of dangerous driving that caused death when he was drunk. The fee is sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment.

Prosecutors made a second dangerous driving accusation by bodily damage to his journey.

Previously, the court heard that KEMP’s blood alcohol content level was 0.158 after an accident and that the 0.05 legal limit in Australia was more than three times.

Prosecutors, CCTV images of Kemp’nin waiting to pass the road before hitting Mr. Phan “unexplained dangerous” driving driving, he said.

Earlier this year, Mr. Phan’s family said in a statement, a structural engineer, a beloved husband, father, brother and beloved friend.

According to the local media, Kemp’s lawyer Michael Tudori said he was relieved after claiming he was guilty and hoped to be convicted before Christmas.
