Marles tries to reshuffle Defence. We’ve been here before

Richard Marles waited for parliament to meet before announcing plans to restructure the Ministry of Defense and create a new “Defence Delivery Agency” to improve the supply and delivery of major projects. This is another minor example of the lack of accountability that has marked both Marles and his department, despite being noted as one of the least competent institutions in the Commonwealth, both in terms of the extent of critical findings made against it by independent bodies and the huge amounts of money lost by bureaucrats.
