Brits name their favourite Royal Family member – not Princess Kate | Royal | News

A new poll by YouGov, with results published on July 30, has revealed that Prince William is the favorite of the royal family. The 44-year-old actor is currently first in line for the throne, followed by his children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
William’s position is almost equal to that of the royal’s wife, Princess Catherine, in the latest poll, which is conducted every three months to chart changes in public opinion of members of the Firm.
The survey, conducted between July 21 and 22, shows that 76% of respondents have a positive opinion of William. It also found that 16% of respondents had a negative view, while 8% said they ‘didn’t know’ how they felt about the future monarch.
Princess Catherine, who missed her best chance, received a 74% positive rating from Brits.
The 44-year-old, who is known to be incredibly popular, scores lower than his wife in the “negative” category, with 13% of the votes.
The royal family’s most disliked figure remains the disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who lost his royal titles and honor last year due to his connection to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The poll shows 92% of Britons view Andrew unfavorably.
The poll shows Harry is liked by just 29% of Brits, while Meghan is liked by just 22%.
The couple, who now live in California, recently visited England to reunite with King Charles and his children.
