Brooklyn Beckham remains silent as siblings Romeo, Cruz and Harper share loving birthday tributes to dad David and surprise him with a very unlikely family gift… chickens!

While Brooklyn Beckham has remained silent, his siblings rushed to social media to wish their father, David, a happy 51st birthday on Saturday.

In January, the 27-year-old wannabe chef announced her separation from her famous family; He declared that he was no longer part of ‘Brand Beckham’ and insisted that his parents and other children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21 and Harper, 14, were ‘performative’.

At a dig in Brooklyn, his siblings joined their mother, Victoria, to surprise David on his big day with a common and unexpected family gift: chickens.

Taking to Instagram, Posh, 52, shared a clip of the moment the former footballer met the birds for the first time and settled them in their coop on the family’s £15million property in the Cotswolds.

In the sun-soaked video, David wore a cowboy hat as he unboxed his new furry friends with a big smile on his face.

Victoria gushed from behind the camera: ‘It’s David’s birthday and it’s me and the boys we bought it from the boys, they’re so beautiful!’.

Romeo also posted a sweet tribute on Instagram, sharing two childhood photos of himself with his father.

She wrote: ‘Happy birthday dad, I love you so much, thank you for everything you do’ and ‘My best friend.’

David’s youngest son, Cruz, shared two photos on his Instagram Story showing himself and his father on a yacht with the caption: ‘Happy birthday I love you xxx’.

Harper followed her brother’s post with this sweet post: ‘Happy birthday to the best dad in the world.’

‘Honestly I could never ask for a better role model either, you are always here for me and I will always be here for you, anytime, anywhere, have the best day ever, you deserve everything.’

David had previously been gifted chickens as a Christmas gift by his wife before they set up a chicken pen for the new animals on their sprawling property. You can read the full story here.

He said: ‘I think we always… We love our children very much. We always tried to be the best parents we could be.

‘And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for over 30 years and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect and love our children. And you know, that’s all I really want to say about it.’
