The alleged secret daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin has apologized for her father’s mass murder of Ukrainians. Confronted on a street in Paris, 22-year-old Luiza Rozova told a Ukrainian journalist that she was “really sorry” for the war, but when pressed to act on her apology, she insisted there was nothing she could do to stop it.
