Businesses set to be fined for late payments under new rules

Since the Prime Minister has published a harsh warning on the “payment time”, companies that constantly delay payment to their suppliers will face significant fines that will potentially enter millions of pounds.

With an important movement to support support for small businesses, the government is preparing to explain the plans given to the powers developed to the small business commissioner for permanent late payments.

This will be supported by spot checks designed to help defining violations.

“Through our small business plan, we do not deal with the scourge of late payments only once and for everyone, but we also provide the support and stability they need for the development of their business, and we provide the country’s growth through our change plan.”

The pressure on late payments is part of a wider government package, and 4 billion £ financial support sits as well as a movement to pump small business initiatives and growth.

This will include £ 1 billion for new companies with 69,000 initial loans and mentoring support.

“Our small business plan-for more than a long time-reducing managers’ costs, facilitating businesses to establish shops and provide SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to provide financial support they need.”

Conservative Shadow Business Secretary Andrew Griffith said: “Breaking late payments will be welcomed for small businesses, but it will not mean anything for 218,000 businesses that are closed under the labor force.

“The reality of the enterprises under workers is to double the work rates, and the full drowning of £ 25 billion business tax and employment bureaucracy.

“Only conservatives will support the producers and in the UK to create business and authority.”
