Keir Starmer has a difficult reputation in terms of cruelty when it comes to distributing the government with the ministers who caused shame. But the most difficult call of the future of Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner.

Starmer, since the first days of his leadership, every time he met such a decision, his instinct was to relax.
