Tattooed Brooke Small and Sam Kane opened Shire’s first independent natural wine shop at the end of 2023. “I had no idea [whether the Shire was ready]I was hoping that only everyone would be excited to buy unique wines from small manufacturers like me, Small says Small. The locals were stocked by selection including Australian wine producers such as Patrick Sullivan and Gentle Folk.
