‘Cap prices on staple foods’ and ‘Strictly’s triple twist’

"Prices of milk, eggs and bread can be frozen" reads the headline on the front page of the Times.

“Prices of milk, eggs and bread could be frozen,” the Times says, adding that it is part of a raft of new measures from Chancellor Rachel Reeves to “help the cost of living, including scrapping plans to increase fuel duty by 5p from September.” The grocery price cap comes after the SNP announced similar plans in Scotland to “cap the prices of 50 essential products, including bread, milk and cheese”.
