Minneapolis pizza joint suddenly closes its Uptown location
Mesa Pizza, known for its Macaroni and Cheese pizzas, has suddenly closed its restaurant in Minneapolis after 14 years of business. out of town neighbour.
The last night of service was Halloween, a one-night boon for costumed revelers, and the impending closure was announced at lunch on Friday.

Mesa Pizza also operates locations in Minneapolis’ Dinkytown neighborhood and Iowa City, according to its website.
Mesa representatives did not respond to a request for comment on whether these locations were affected by the change in Uptown.
Staff at the Dinkytown restaurant said they were unsure if the shop would remain open. However, it was still open on Saturday, November 1.
