Catering organizations in Tamil Nadu should be sincere if they have exhibited the name of the organization during their records and during renewal. The state government’s business welfare and skill development department has recently changed the rules on this issue.
Although Tamil also exhibited the name panel and the 1959 Tamil Nadu Catering rules 42-B, most of these organizations did not comply with the rules. Recently, I have been changed to make these units sincere if they exhibited their names in Tamil, and if so send the evidence.
According to the rule 42-B, the name of each organization is in Tamil and where other languages are used, the English version will be second and other versions of other languages, if any. “Tamil version will mainly provide more space than other languages and will be written on the name board.”
Another change in the rules forces whether these units contributed to the Tamil Nadu Workers Welfare Fund for the previous year and that they provide evidence in this regard.
