Chainsmokers’ EP release party was in full swing, then an unexpected incident changed everything; here’s what happened

The Chainsmokers started celebrating and reportedly celebrated their EP ‘Breathe’, showing the world once again that when the duo gets into the party mood, perhaps there is no one better than them. TMZ sources claim that the duo held an extravagant event at a private home in the Hollywood Hills on Friday night.

The multitude of guests and costumes stole the show during the celebration. The list of guests has been added. Corey Gamble, Zack Bia, Carmella Rose, Mike Majlak, and more arrived to find a private DJ booth, whimsical art installations, and signature cocktails inspired by the album’s vibe.

According to TMZ, the excitement around the release of their latest EP became so frenzied that police intervened. Electronic duo Drew Taggart and Alex Pall were spotted taking turns behind the decks. The Chainsmokers went b2b with Twinsick, and the duo even performed their new song alongside “Breathe” collaborators Anna Sofia and Beau Nox.
The elements that really made the show easier were the costumes. According to TMZ, the crowd included zombie nuns, rogue knights, and even a crazed Sasquatch that tore up the dance floor. As the night progressed and neared its end, TMZ was told the party was so intense that the cops showed up to pull the plug.

According to IMDb, the Chainsmokers have consistently elevated popular music by relentlessly challenging it. GRAMMY® Award-winning, RIAA Diamond-certified duo Drew Taggart and Alex Pall have broken the boundaries between pop, indie, electronic, alternative and rock.
