Chappell Roan LEAVES Casey Wasserman’s talent agency after his flirty emails to Jeffrey Epstein’s partner in crime Ghislaine Maxwell
Chappell Roan has cut ties with talent agency Wasserman following the publication of emails founder Casey Wasserman sent to Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
“As of today, I am no longer represented by Wasserman, the talent agency led by Casey Wasserman,” the Grammy-winning artist, 27, wrote via Instagram Stories on Monday.
‘I hold my teams to the highest standards and it is my duty to protect them. “No artist, manager or employee should be expected to defend or ignore actions that are deeply at odds with our own moral values,” the singer continued.
‘I have deep respect and appreciation for the managers and staff who work tirelessly for their artists and I refuse to stand by passively.’
Roan added that ‘artists deserve representation that is consistent with their values and promotes their safety and dignity.’
He concluded his statement as follows: ‘This decision reflects my belief that meaningful change in our industry requires responsibility and leadership that builds trust.’
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Roan and Wasserman for comment.

It comes after Hollywood mogul Wasserman, 51, who is in charge of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, said in a statement to the Daily Mail that he “deeply regrets” his salacious emails discussing “massages”, “scrub” and nude beach fun with Maxwell.
The Los Angeles talent agency chief’s 2003 emails were revealed in the latest massive tranche of the Epstein files released by the Justice Department last month.
In his statement, Wasserman said: ‘I deeply regret my correspondence with Ghislaine Maxwell that occurred more than twenty years ago, long before her horrific crimes came to light.’
“I never had a personal or business relationship with Jeffrey Epstein,” Wasserman said. ‘As is well documented, I took a humanitarian trip on the Epstein plane as part of a Clinton Foundation delegation in 2002.’
“I am deeply sorry for having any association with either of them,” he concluded.
Wasserman was less than two years into his marriage to then-wife Laura Ziffren when he exchanged extremely flirtatious messages with Maxwell on April 1, 2003: ‘Where are you, I miss you. ‘I’ll be in New York for 4 days starting April 22nd… Can we book a massage now?’
In a series of messages two days later, Maxwell, 64, wrote: ‘Are you sure you can handle all this friction?’
‘Apparently there are a few things that drive a man crazy – I guess I could try them on you and you can tell me if they work?’ he added.

Maxwell is currently behind bars with Jeffrey Epstein (pictured together in 2005) for grooming, trafficking and abusing minors
His wife was eight months pregnant with their son when the two exchanged suggestive messages and arranged for the sensual massage.
Wasserman is a major figure in Hollywood, as the top music and film agency chief behind music giants such as Coldplay and Ed Sheeran. It also acquired music agency Paradigm in 2021 and added Billie Eilish to its roster.
VIP guests at the 600-person 50th birthday party held in Santa Monica in June 2024 included former president Bill Clinton, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Governor Gavin Newsom and Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff.
Maxwell was nowhere to be found and was behind bars for grooming, selling and abusing minors with Epstein.
According to emails released by the Department of Justice, Maxwell reveals that she signed most of the messages he sent her with ‘Kisses’ and she signed them with ‘xoxo’.
When Wasserman described Los Angeles’ usually overcast June weather in a 2003 email, Maxwell responded with a lustful response.
‘What is so foggy that you can float naked on the beach and no one can see you unless they’re close?’ In his e-mail dated 7 April 2003 he wrote: ‘Or something like that…’
On 6 April 2003 Maxwell wrote to him: ‘I thought you might like to know that I am in Paris at the moment; ‘Can I get you something from here?’

The Daily Mail previously obtained an undated photo of Wasserman in front of a plane with Epstein and Maxwell.
He replied: ‘The only thing I want from Paris is you.’
The next day, Maxwell was discussing combinations of edible treats he could bring back from his trip to London.
‘Okay, so this combination didn’t work for you, so what combination would work?’ he asked. ‘You, me and not much else…’ he replied.
Other emails show Maxwell arranging a trip on his jet from Los Angeles to New York.
The Daily Mail previously obtained an undated photo of the younger Wasserman in front of a private plane with Epstein and Maxwell.
Flight logs from Epstein’s jet show Wasserman and her then-husband flew to Africa with Epstein, Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker for an HIV charity event in 2002.
There is no suggestion that Wasserman was involved in any of Epstein’s crimes, and the trip to Africa occurred before the criminal investigation into his sex trafficking began.
The highly flirtatious messages could be embarrassing for the LA28 chief, who has already had to deal with repeated allegations of romantic affairs with his own employees throughout his marriage.
Eleven sources, including some of his alleged mistresses, told the Daily Mail in 2024 about his alleged womanizing over the years.

Wasserman ‘love-bombed’ potential winners, showering them with Louboutin shoes, La Perla underwear, handbags and even Range Rovers, sources claim; but when his interest waned, he dropped them callously like hot potatoes.
He was accused of having a series of romantic relationships with employees, including his secretary Patricia Feau, who now has a $350,000-paying job working for a nonprofit at the LA28 Olympics, former private jet flight attendant Jenny Chandler, who is his current girlfriend, and another flight attendant whose clients include the Playboy publisher.
Feau denied the relationship when contacted by the Daily Mail.
Wasserman did not respond but later dismissed the allegations as gossip.
