Cheryl Tweedy stalker jailed for a year after again breaching restraining order | Cheryl

Judge Alan Blake said: “You do not want any contact with you and you cause concern. You challenge the court order. You need to draw a line under this behavior.”

Bannister was initially thrown to four months in prison when a three -year limitation was ordered in September last year, but in December he came home and violated it.

In March, he was imprisoned for 16 weeks because he had repeatedly appeared in Tweedy’s house. During this hearing, the court heard Tweedy’s “immediately panicked,” and when he saw him outside his home, he was afraid of the safety of his eight -year -old son.

In 2012, Bannister killed 48 -year -old Rajendra Patel, who died as a result of a injury in the Ymca shelter in the South London Ymca shelter, and was found guilty of killing.
