Children often having final say when it comes to families moving house, survey reveals

In a survey, almost three -quarters of families say they have the last say in moving to a new house.
According to the study assigned by Zoopla, seventy -four percent of the families in the study came from children.
Men (32 percent) are more likely to lead the house transportation process (25 percent).
In the questionnaire, it is more likely that male carriers decide on a budget determination (33 percent against 33 percent against 33 percent) (34 percent) and regulate more transport (24 percent against 38 percent) than women.
Men tend to lead negotiations, 36 percent are responsible for home price negotiations.

The research is more likely to dislike or reject a property (43 percent against 57 percent) than men.
In the case of reconciliation, 31 percent of men think that they make more often concessions against 25 percent of women.
Zoopla made Opinium in July and August and 2,000 adults throughout England made at least one house move with someone else in their homes.
Daniel Copley, a consumer expert in Zoopla, said, “The family house is really a family decision for a significant part of the market. It is priceless to understand these nuanced dynamics and emphasizes the importance of open communication for a softer, happier home hunt.”
Nigel Bishop, the founder of the Purchasing Agency Recoco Property Search, said: “Families with young children who will grow their childhood and young years in property values the opinion of their offspring.”
