China confirms Trump’s visit from May 13 to 15

Beijing, May 11, 2026 – Beijing confirmed on Monday that President Donald Trump will visit China from May 13 to 15; The US leader is expected to discuss Iran and trade with his Chinese counterpart.

“At the invitation of President Xi Jinping, United States President Donald J. Trump will pay an official visit to China from May 13 to 15,” a spokesperson for the state department said.
