The Beijing-based academic, whose highly accurate predictions of geopolitical events have earned him the nickname “Chinese Nostradamus,” has set a troubling timeline for the next few years. Jiang Xueqin’s prediction for the next “two to four years” results in a dramatic transformation of the world order that will include the “destruction of Europe.”
Professor Jiang uses a combination of meticulous historical analysis and game theory to predict the outcomes of current world events with extraordinary precision. It has already seen two relatively new predictions come true with stunning accuracy. In 2024, he correctly predicted: Donald Trump He would emerge victorious in that year’s elections.
He later predicted that if Trump reassumed the presidency, “there would be a very strong possibility that the United States would go to war with Iran.” As we now know, both are completely true.
And now, in a new lessonHe made eight more alarming predictions amid the current conflict in Iran.
1. US will use ground troops
Professor Jiang predicts that the US cannot avoid deploying ground troops to maintain control of Iran, a vast and mountainous region four times the size of neighboring Iraq.

Professor Jiang argues that this would lead to the kind of civil unrest we witnessed in Vietnam in the 1960s, when thousands of young Americans refused to be sent into a war they viewed as unjust. “Many young people will refuse to fight in this war. This will lead to protests,” Professor Jiang predicts.
“Then America will have no choice but to deploy the National Guard. This will create a recipe for a lot of civil strife in America.”
But he warns that the repercussions of President Trump’s so-called “trip” to the Middle East will go far beyond that.
2. Destruction of the Gulf Cooperation Council
Professor Jiang demands Gulf Cooperation Council [GCC] The economic and military alliance that united Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in a largely US-friendly coalition will be destroyed.
“What’s happening in this war is the destruction of the economies of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and that’s part of the plan,” he says.
Unconfirmed reports from the US military suggest that President Trump was informed by commanders of American troops involved in the Iran conflict that he was “anointed by Jesus” to wage a holy war against Iran; some even claim it could trigger Armageddon and herald the return of Jesus.
Professor Jiang argues that this obsession with the End of the World, known as eschatology, is widespread among evangelical Christians prominent within the current US administration.

3. Türkiye and Saudi Arabia will go to war
According to Jiang’s theory, this development paves the way for the next phase of the conflict. He explained: “The third thing we can expect is for Türkiye and Saudi Arabia to go to war… because you want to use this war to weaken opposition to these eschatologies.”
Jiang warned that participation in the war against Iran would cause serious damage to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries as well as Türkiye.
Combined with Türkiye’s involvement in the Iranian conflict, this spells disaster for America’s former allies. “We can expect the destruction of Europe, that is, the end of NATO,” Jiang warns.
4. Al-Aqsa Mosque will be demolished
One of the holiest sites in Islam, Al-Aqsa Mosque is located in the heart of Jerusalem. Professor Jiang underlined that this important area has long been a point of contention between Israelis and Palestinians.
In April 2024, during a series of Iranian attacks against Israel, Iran’s then-supreme leader Ali Khamenei tweeted in Hebrew: “Jerusalem [an Arabic name for Jerusalem] It will be in Muslim hands.” Professor Jiang believes that the mosque will likely be heavily damaged or destroyed as tensions between Israel and Iran rise again.
5. Rise of Persia
The professor also suggests that as Iran continues to fight against insurmountable odds, its leaders will re-embrace their former name, Persia.
This is once again linked to the eschatological interpretation of the situation; The current conflict serves as a precursor to a broader war that culminates in Persian and Russian forces teaming up to face a joint Israeli force at Armageddon in northern Israel (now known as Tel Megiddo).
6. Israel is on the rise
Jiang believes that as the American economy is taken over, some multinational companies will increasingly turn to Israel: “Think of companies like Nvidia, Oracle, Microsoft, Google. They will probably transfer themselves to Israel because the power will remain with Israel.”

7. Russia’s victory in Ukraine
With America’s involvement in Iran and NATO fatally weakened by internal disputes over the Strait of Hormuz, Jiang suggests that President Putin will take advantage of the growing disorganization to defeat Ukraine.
8. The Destruction of Europe
Jiang says that the final result of all these developments will be a Europe threatened by Russia, on the one hand, and Iran, which controls all or part of Türkiye, on the other.
It is unlikely that Europe can withstand these two formidable enemies, both of which have advanced drone and cyber warfare capabilities.
He adds that it is entirely reasonable for Donald Trump to admit his mistake and withdraw his forces from the region, trying to reassure the MAGA base that the military initiative is achieving its goals. But even this seemingly prudent move has a hidden downside, according to Jiang. He explained: “Iran is saying to the Gulf Cooperation Council, ‘Hey man, you attacked us. You destroyed our infrastructure. You destroyed our economy. You have to pay reparations.'”
Given Iran’s effective control of the Strait of Hormuz, the sole transit point for approximately 20% of the world’s crude oil, it could charge a fee to oil-producing countries to receive this “compensation.”

This will deal a serious blow to the US economy. Professor Jiang added: “So all this money from the Gulf Cooperation Council goes to Iran… before it goes to the US to fuel the US economy.”
The result, according to Jiang, would be a resurgent Iran that would use its newfound wealth to industrialize and rebuild on an unprecedented scale and become the dominant superpower in the Middle East “within five to 10 years.”
Jiang says the logical move for Israeli leaders to make at this point would be to broker some kind of peace agreement with the Iranians. Meanwhile, the US economy could suffer great damage. He added: “Because the entire US economy is based on the stock market, finance, artificial intelligence and the investments of the Gulf Cooperation Council.”
This could leave Trump facing an impossible decision: Deploy ground troops to invade Iran and face a protracted and bloody war at home that will inevitably turn into a political disaster, or withdraw from the region and endure an almost certain economic collapse.
Jiang argues that both outcomes would strike fear into the hearts of more rational US lawmakers, but that evangelical voices increasingly influencing Trump’s inner circle will see these disastrous outcomes as a way to hasten the Second Coming of Jesus as prophesied in the Book of Revelation.
Since Iran is also under serious theological influence, the possibility of a measured and diplomatic approach to this crisis seems slim. If Jiang’s predictions come true, the second half of the 2020s could be an extremely dangerous period for the entire world.
