Jennifer Aniston’s secret stalker terror REVEALED: The haunting details that left her ‘fearing for her life’

Jennifer Aniston’s obsessive and “delusional” stalker has been sent for mental health treatment after a terrifying campaign of harassment.

Examples include a sickening avalanche of messages that ended with him crashing his car into the door of a Bel-Air mansion.

On October 3 and 15, Aniston’s lawyer stated for the first time in court that Aniston was still afraid of 49-year-old Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, who was threatening to rape her.

He sent messages to Aniston, his co-workers, managers and others in his circle, claiming to be his wife and saying he wanted to impregnate her with his three children.

In another ominous message he wrote: ‘I will tear your head off and slit your throat.’

Bespectacled and unshaven, Carwyle appeared in yellow prison garb Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court in Hollywood to hear his fate from Judge Maria Cavalluzzi.

He was charged with aggravated harassment and aggravated vandalism, with the aggravating circumstance of threatening great bodily harm, following the horrific incident on May 5. Aniston was just steps away from her luxurious hilltop home when the accident occurred. The house is protected by 24-hour security.

Immediately after the incident, Carwyle was pinned to the ground by guards.

Prosecutors accused him of repeatedly harassing his victim with unsolicited social media, voicemail and email messages starting March 1, 2023.

Carwyle, who had a history of methamphetamine and alcohol abuse, had left his home in New Albany, Mississippi, and attempted to reach his intended victim several times before he was caught.

Because his wrists were handcuffed behind his back, he was deemed mentally unfit to stand trial by experts. If convicted as charged, he faces up to three years in state prison.

A report submitted by the LA County Probation Department in the months after Carwyle’s arrest and while his case was being evaluated determined that Carwyle was not a ‘substantial danger’ and recommended that he serve 90 days in the county jail if convicted at trial; This means he will be released when his term expires.

Carwyle stood in a glass enclosure in the courtroom as he was ordered by Judge Cavalluzzi to enter a two-year mental health community treatment facility in Los Angeles.

He also must wear an ankle monitor with GPS tracking, stay at least a mile away from Aniston’s home, and stay away from the actress and her friends.

But Assistant District Attorney William Donovan and Aniston’s attorney, Blair Berk, expressed concerns that Carwyle could escape the unlocked facility and continue to target her.

In his earlier written motion, Donovan argued that Carwyle could pose a potential threat to Aniston in the future, stating that the “harm to the victim was not yet physical” and that he “will undoubtedly attempt to return home.”

Public Defender Robert Krauss said his client had no prior serious criminal convictions and said Donovan’s claim was “pure speculation.”

‘[Aniston’s] It’s not about fear,” Krauss said in court. ‘His actions and his illness are the problem. Alleged fear is not evidence.’

Still, Donovan told the court that Carwyle should be committed to a state hospital.

He argued that Carwyle ‘had a long history of stalking the victim’ and said ‘it is very likely that he could have gone much further’.

Donovan added that Carwyle “made his intentions clear about what he wanted to do.” The dangerous risk comes from Mr. Carwyle and his obsession with the victim.

‘[Carwyle is] he still maintains this fixed misconception that he should be with the victim.’

As recently as Aug. 5, Carwyle ‘wanted to stay in California to see his wife… the victim,’ Donovan told the court.

He went on to add that Carwyle maintained a ‘permanent illusion’ and required ‘aggressive reality testing’. Donovan said Carwyle ‘will continue to be a danger’ and there is ‘nothing stopping him from getting out there’ [the facility] voluntarily.

Judge Cavalluzzi described Carwyle’s messages to Aniston as ‘very, very concerning’ and ‘frightening’.

When Carwyle was arrested, he had with him four hunting permits to use a firearm.

Berk also spoke in court on Aniston’s behalf, saying his client had the “right to reasonable protection” from Carwyle.

“Mr. Carwyle traveled thousands of miles after sending messages to Ms. Aniston and her representatives not only to communicate but also to commit falsehoods and sexual violence against her,” Berk said.

He added that he made it clear that he ‘came for her’.

Berk noted that Carwyle “loved her and said, ‘We want to rape each other.’

‘He rightly fears that Mr Carwyle may attempt to harm him.

‘Mr Carwyle has demonstrated that he knows where Ms Aniston lives and is willing to take physical steps to carry out her wishes.’

Berk said that “he was persistent in his dream and violently drove his vehicle through her door.” He had come very close to harming or killing others.

‘It’s absolutely clear that his attention is on taking care of her.’

He echoed Donovan’s concern about Carwyle ‘running away’ from the community treatment center and ‘there being no one to stop him from going the few miles’ to Aniston’s home.

Berk declined the Daily Mail’s request for comment after Wednesday’s hearing.

At an earlier hearing, Carwyle said anti-psychotic medication prescribed by psychiatrists ‘helped me focus’ and added that he was ‘not in the right mind’ at the time of the incident.

When asked if Judge Cavalluzzi was ‘feeling better’, Carwyle said: ‘Yes, I am.’

“That’s in the past,” he said when asked about his obsession with Aniston. He is himself and I am here.’

The judge acknowledged that the persistent stalking had made Aniston ‘very concerned’ and that she had suffered ’emotional damage’.

‘I have no doubt that Ms Aniston was afraid in this situation,’ he said. ‘I can’t imagine the fear she felt when someone walked through her door and almost approached her.’

But he said Carwyle ‘does not pose a reasonable risk of danger’ if he complies with the programme.

‘You won’t leave the program without permission, right?’ the judge asked Carwyle.

‘No ma’am,’ he said.

Carwyle has been using oral psychotropic medications since May, when he remained in custody.

The psychologist who dealt with his case, Dr. Tracy Ogendele said he was “doing very well.”

“We will continue to work on his delusions and reality testing,” he told the court. ‘He realizes that the victim cannot return to his home.

‘He is currently in a stable condition. The drug is compatible. ‘I don’t think it’s necessary to send him to a locked facility.’

When Berk asked why the mental health team treating Carwyle had not yet investigated him in detail about his obsession with Aniston, Ogendele replied: ‘We’re not going to open Pandora’s box.’ he said.

His estranged wife, Julia Carwyle, 48, told the Daily Mail exclusively in May, just days after his arrest: ‘She believes she is Jesus Christ and should be his queen.’

‘His mentality is not the same as before,’ he said at the time. ‘Something triggered it. I don’t know if he’s having a mid-life crisis or what… [or if something] It turns out that not all of us are aware of it.

‘This is between him and his creator. Mental illness is real. It does not discriminate. ‘He’s going through a lot right now.’
