CM Stalin offers homage to Sivanthi Adithan’s wife

Prime Minister MK Stalin on Friday paid tributes to Malathi, wife of former Indian Olympic Association president and former chairman of Daily Thanthi Group Sivanthi Adithan, in Chennai.
Mr. Stalin, along with Municipal Administration Minister KN Nehru and Thousand Lights MLA N. Ezhilan, paid tributes to Ms. Malathi at her residence. The Prime Minister expressed his condolences to Daily Thanthi Group chairman S. Balasubramanian and the bereaved family members.
Separately, representatives of ex-servicemen’s associations called Mr. Stalin at the Secretariat and arrived in St. They thanked him for laying the cornerstone of a training unit for veterans at Mount Thomas. Representatives of the Fair Price Shop Workers Association and officials of the Chennai Press Club also called him.
Mr. Stalin also visited Siva Dhileepan of the May 17 Movement. Dhileepan allegedly tried to end his life during a demonstration organized by the organization demanding the removal of the Hindi letters and was admitted to a government hospital.
In a post on X, Mr. Stalin said that conspiracies against Tamil Nadu would be defeated in the political arena and appealed to the youth not to take extreme steps.
