Coldplay get giddy as they smash Wembley Stadium record

Getty ImagesColdplay celebrated the end of 10 record -breaking show runs at the Wembley Stadium with a dazzling, multi -colorful night of music magic.
They played hits from every period of his 25 -year career, filled the stadium with light and even pampered with a stunned version of Whitney Houston’s dancing with someone. “The song I warmed up in this parking lot,” the singer Chris Martin joked.
The show closed the last leg of The Music of the Spheres Tour, which has included the world four times since 2022. Now the highest solid tour of history, more than 12 million tickets have been sold.
Martin on the stage, “in about 18 months in South Africa somewhere” promised to continue.
Friday’s show was held almost a week late after the strike of London transport workers Forced the group to postpone.
“I know that it causes a lot of discomfort for many of you,” Martin said to the crowd. He said. “On the other hand, we will play a good show fifteen times than any show we’ve played before. This hostage.”
They may not have achieved this goal – Coldplay had already created a ridiculous bar – but this was the stadium StageCraft in the absolute best.
Getty ImagesThe concert, full of LED texts, confetti, laser lights, spinning inflating, 3D glasses that convert everything into hearts and stars, and even a short puppet show (operators, Drew and Nicolette, happily engaged at the last Saturday concert).
Martin is the glue that holds it together. It is limited like a puppy on stage – or a youth priest? – In the first few songs, it covers the length of the podium several times.
The plan is not only to close the gap between the group and the audience, but to remove it completely.
Orum I see you, or again, again, by describing uber-fans in the front and remote figures in the Vertigo seats.
“I see you here with a Brazilian flag. And I see you with lights in your body in the upper corner. You’re like Tron movie.”
Absolutely a Schtick, but encourages an incredible sense of unity. These LED bracelets also play a major role and make everyone in the audience a part of a giant light of light. And heaven has a common euphoria when singing to hits like a scientist, yellow and sky full of sky.
After the first 30 minutes, I noticed that I would barely look at the giant screens on the stage.
Audience show.
Cold gameThis is a contrast of most stadium concerts, where the message is more like: “Look at me, I’m surprised by my masters and my divine abilities and a little possible physique.”
Coldplay do not deal with any of them. Martin’s group -friend Guy Berryman, Will Chamberlain and Jonny Buckland preferred that no one noticed them. Instead, they prefer to make a confusion on their private guests.
In London, this means Venezuela’s Simón Bolívar Orchestra – a group of youth players Who supported the group in all Wembley dates. They go out twice for Viva la Vida and feel the similar things, rotate their cello and jump up and down while the mixer provides with a rope.
Meanwhile, Palestinian-Human singer Elyanna hit the very extraordinarily high notes by porking spotlight while we prayed.

Getty ImagesMusically, Coldplay’s set list was stacked. Before dissolving a strong choir, there is an exciting version of the watches trembling with incompatible guitar riffs; And fans are deceiving fans of an extended acoustic version of Sparks.
Something like this, a disgusting song in the recording becomes an euphoric mini Korea on stage; Just spectacular when correcting.
The tour that is about to go to Hiatusa (or perhaps because it maintains its self -applied throat spray) in Martin in the strange form.
He describes Coldplay as the “third best soft rock band in London ;; He randomly tells Wonderwall’s opening lines; And during heaven, he calls Dancehall star Shaggy without a noticeable reason.
“This song was Shaggy,” he explains wrong.
Towards the end of the show, Buckland’s 48th birthday stops everything to celebrate, presents the guitarist with a Lego Batmobile and promises, “I will give you 1 million pounds if you build you before you correct it”.
Then, while Jupiter is preparing to play his album for the first time, “This may be terrible. But if it’s terrible, don’t worry, we’ll play yellow in a minute.
“Will champion can fart the microphone as long as we play yellow.”

Martin then admits that his understanding of humor “put me in trouble every day.” But it isn’t as much as a married technology CEO Andy Byron, Who caught a loving embrace with HR Manager Earlier this year, on the giant screens of a Coldplay concert in the USA.
Mother – Martin’s improvisation song – during a part of the show that has become viral and caused at least one divorce. When the Jumbotron section of the show starts on Friday, Martin publishes a waiver on the cheek.
“Whatever happens here, it stays here. Guaranteed. So if you have embezzled company funds, now come to the camera. No problem.”
Soon, a young couple flashes on the screen.
“Holy Nonsense, don’t put me in this way again”, the singer faces, just a song accepts to play, just after flashing your wedding rings on the camera.
Cold gameSelf -spontaneity and humor are part of what makes every Coldplay show unique, even if most of the set is meticulously planned.
On Friday, fans in the history of the last London showed their appreciation.
During the last Encore of all my love, thousands of people opened paper red hearts and held them above their heads – The secret online project organized by a German fan named Hannah.
The bitter was a sweet moment. Fans know that the band is a long break. And even if they use the gap years to make new music, Martin announced that it would be their latest albums.
“Coldplay catalog, as it is, then finishes,” HE told BBC Radio 2 to Jo Whiley in 2021. “I think we will only tour from now on.”
It doesn’t matter in the evidence tonight.
For the next 100 years, they could play the same set list and fans would flock every show.
See you there.
