Fans were blown away by Coleen’s ability to keep her skin so glowing and fresh despite the harsh conditions she faced in the bush.
‘I get so many lovely compliments about my skin when I’m in the jungle, so I wanted everyone to know what supplements I’m taking,’ Coleen explains.
‘I have been using the Hair, Skin and Nails capsules every day and for some time now. I felt like my hair and nails were getting stronger and I think my skin was getting clearer too.
‘No matter what I’m going through, my skin looks young and hydrated; I couldn’t be happier!
‘Another product that I absolutely love is Marine Collagen. I highly recommend this to help prevent collagen depletion and improve appearance. I only use the strawberry raspberry flavor which I add to water, but they make other flavors as well. They also make an unflavored version that I add to my coffee.
‘I also use the Hydration powder. I normally use this after the gym but I also use it on a day after drinking alcohol. “It was the first thing I reached for the next morning for my post-jungle coming out party,” the star explains.
