Giovanni Leoni: Liverpool defender set for out for months with knee injury

Liverpool defender Giovanni Leoni faces a suspicious anterior cruciate ligament injury at the first exit.
The 18-year-old played the third round against Southampton before the injury.
Leoni, who joined Reds from Parma in August for plus plug -ins for 26 million pounds, has performed on the left knee since then.
The sources will damage the ACL of the central back, which is probably not the rest of the season – even if it is not the rest of the season.
“I want to thank every person who supports me at this difficult moment,” Leoni Instagram said in Leoni Instagram. “
“It wasn’t always the output I dreamed of, but this magical stadium will go back to play as soon as possible. Thank you very much!”
The injury leaves the Liverpool manager Arne home with only three well -known central backs in Virgil Van Dijk, Ibrahima Konat and Joe Gomez.
“He was down, because he didn’t feel good for him. Normally, a player’s feelings tell you a lot.” He said.
Liverpool can replace Leoni on the Champions League squad with Advanced Federico Chiesa among the inclusion contestants.
Slot’s side has won five Premier League matches so far this season to defend their championships.
