Commercial LPG Prices Hiked by Rs 195.5

New Delhi: Commercial LPG prices rose by Rs 195.50 on Wednesday due to a rise in global oil prices due to the widening West Asian conflict. According to state-owned oil companies, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG in Delhi is currently Rs 2,078.50.

The rates were last increased by Rs 114.5 per 19 kg cylinder on March 1.

Domestic cooking gas LPG prices, which were last increased by Rs 60 per 14.2 kg cylinder on March 7, remain unchanged. In Delhi, it costs Rs 913 per cylinder of 14.2 kg.

State-owned Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum revise ATF and LPG prices on the first day of every month based on international benchmarks and exchange rate.

Global oil prices rose almost 50 percent after war in West Asia disrupted energy supply chains.

Petrol and diesel prices remain frozen after a fall of Rs 2 per liter in March last year; Petrol currently costs Rs 94.72 per liter in Delhi and diesel costs Rs 87.62.
